Regularly clean recruitment data in the ATS tool in collaboration with the TA team
Publish department specific reports/dashboards and metrics to stakeholders
Ensure that the details of the requirement, job offer and offer form are appropriately updated and in line with internal guidelines
Prepare ad hoc data reports when needed
Salary/Remuneration and Level Remuneration – For HR Intern position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 40,000/month.

About the role
As an HR – COE Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the TA team and help maintain the confidentiality of talent acquisition data in the ATS tool.
You will work on specific recruitment data and prepare reports/dashboards based on various metrics identified for TA.
