Description About the Job
We are recruiting a passionate, independent and ambitious professional with good communication skills and confidence.
Able to individually engage and manage a high volume portfolio of key accounts.
Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunities, strategic value, and renewal schedule.
For each account, develop a strategy that identifies your critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential roadblocks, and a recommended plan of action.
Working collaboration with various internal teams/individuals in the best interests of the customer (engineering, sales, etc.)
Key Responsibilities For this Job
Account Activation: Managing customer account activation and ensuring it occurs within 24 hours.
CSAT: Maintaining the CSAT of at least 80% Customer Management: Management of technical and operational issues reported by existing customers through various means, i.Chat, Ticket, Call etc. with an initial response time of less than 2 hours to emails, 2 minutes on chat and at least 80% resolution of first call (calls)
Customer Relationship: Building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers, you should be able to connect with 60% of assigned customers.Retention: Maintain a retention rate of at least 70%.
Requirements For the Job
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning and project management skills (ARPU, Retention, Churn %)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT) Degree in any field is acceptable Hands-on experience with CRM software is a must Advantage Clear Communication skills to serve customers.

Manage all post-sales activities for a portfolio of My operator customers through strong relationships, product knowledge, planning and execution.
