As part of the customer service team, you will work alongside our customers, understand their issues, identify gaps and take action to provide a superior digital experience.

We’re looking for prospects who can: Resolve 100% of customer requests in real-time.

Work in the real-time customer self-service (RTSS) model.

Configure customer support to handle requests from millions of customers.

Provide seamless platform-based integration and achieve CAF activation TAT for customers.

The sales and distribution team is responsible for sales research and planning, demand generation, calculating sales costs and budgets, setting up sales territories, and coordinating sales.

Sales execution strategies to consistently meet and exceed goals.

We are looking for prospects with a good understanding of the geographic area, an entrepreneurial attitude, strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills

Development and establishment of new corporate accounts.

Generate quarterly performance reports for all company accounts.

Oversee staff development program and administer and conduct performance reviews.

Work closely with account managers to develop goals and initiatives.

Ensure quality control and after-sales service.

Manage and send anniversary and birthday cards.

Supervision of the student internship program.

Graphic, presentation and web design applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of the law and usual staffing requirements Demonstrated initiative in solving operational problems

Ability to develop and set up new business accounts and services.

Proven ability to provide quality customer service.
