Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing the order process for specific products, which involves entering orders into specialized permissioning or electronic fulfillment systems. Working with internal customers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
  • Escalating any delays to internal groups, including senior team members when necessary.
  • Being accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
  • Handling internal customer queries and communication in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Being a team player and ensuring that both internal and external customer requirements are met, attending team meetings.
  • Taking responsibility for online maintenance, lapsing of subscriptions, and resolving access-related issues.
  • Assisting the billing team in validating online invoices and portals.
  • Monitoring the group email account to ensure timely completion of requests as per agreed turnaround times.
  • Creating and modifying customer master data.
  • Meeting agreed volume, service, and quality targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate in a related field such as commerce or accounting.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in interpreting data.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, with preference given to those familiar with SAP and Salesforce.
