Eligibility Criteria:
1. Faculty Member (Non-Life) on Contract:
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Graduate/Post-graduate degree in any general stream, Management, Engineering, Law, Agriculture, or Horticulture.
- They should possess an Associate/Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional/Work Experience:
- A minimum of 25 years of working experience in GIPSA Companies, AICIL, GIC Re, or private insurance companies is required.
- Candidates must have worked in operational and/or technical areas and retired from Scale V, VI, or VII cadres or similar positions in private insurance companies.
- Interest/Attributes:
- Demonstrated interest and evidence in training, teaching, research, and project work.
- Flair for academic work is essential.
2. Assistant Professor (IT):
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant academic area, with a first-class or equivalent grade in Master’s Degree and a consistently good academic record.
- A minimum of three years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industrial experience is required.
- Candidates from the Industry (Government/PSU/Research Organization) with relevant experience of at least three years at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor may also apply.
- They should have a minimum of 2 research papers in “B Category Journals” or a minimum of 1 research paper in “A Category Journals” in the relevant area.
3. Junior Engineer:
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Electrical field is required.
4. Librarian:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least First Class or equivalent and a consistently good academic record.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Qualification in the National Level Test conducted by UGC or another equivalent test approved by the UGC.
- Knowledge of library software and open-source software is desired.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a similar cadre.
- Working experience in an educational institute library will be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Faculty Member (Non-Life) on Contract: Not more than 45 years
- Assistant Professor (IT): Not more than 45 years
- Junior Engineer: Minimum 29 years, Maximum 36 years
- Librarian: Minimum 35 years, Maximum 40 years
Salary Details:
- Faculty Member (Non-Life) on Contract: Level 12 (Rs. 101500-167400) of pay matrix as per CFTI Scale of Pay
- Assistant Professor (IT): Level 12 (Rs. 101500-167400) of pay matrix as per CFTI Scale of Pay
- Junior Engineer: Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400) of pay matrix as per 7th CPC Gross Emoluments including HRA is approximately Rs. 91,000/-
