Responsibilities of Calling Executive
Responsible for personal and team development, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning
Focus on the customer first in everything you do in store.
Every customer should have a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your store is in excellent, new and complete condition.
Take ownership of your department’s goals and ensure your action plan is in place and is clearly communicated and implemented
You proactively look for opportunities and act accordingly to maximize sales by understanding
your customers and local markets, while keeping an eye on your competitors.
Promote NoBroker social and environmental commitment and work with your team to understand
