ONLINE applications are invited by the ELIGIBLE Indian athlete as per the details below for the 21 (twenty-one) vacancies at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the 7th CPC salary matrix against the sports quota via the open advertising quota for the year 202122 in the Northern Railway. A separate application must be completed for a separate discipline / game, if eligible, with separate exam fees applicable to each question. The details of the post are as follows:

Northern Railway recruitment 2022 Education qualification details:

1.Level 4&5 – must have pass in bachelor degree recognized university

2.level2&3 – must have pass in 12th qualification or equivalent Examination and recognized institute

Sports qualification (Results) :

( i) Only athletes who from 01/04/2019 to 23.12.2021 (date of notification) have acquired the following eligibility rules for sports results of the championship against the mentioned positions can apply for the nomination above in the sports quota.

(ii) For the purposes of the validity of the sporting result, the last day of the championship / event will be taken into account.

(iii) The specific position held in the particular discipline, if any, must be mentioned in the ONLINE application without fail.

(iv) All the aforementioned championships must have been organized under the auspices of an international / national / state sports federation recognized and also recognized by the Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB).

(v) Athletes with higher level sporting standards who have applied for vacancies for the lower level may be considered for recruitment only for the required level. In such cases, the athlete must undertake not to claim the highest level after joining the Railways.

(vi) The minimum rules for taking charge of the Sporting Quota will be as follows in addition to the qualifying performance / position. These provisions must be read in conjunction with the note following para.

Northern Railway recruitment 2022 Age limit:

(i) 1825 years old on 01/01/2022 Minimum 18 years old and maximum 25 years old on 01/01/2022 i. be born on 02/01/1997 at the earliest and on 01/01/2004 at the latest. (ii) No age range (upper or lower) is allowed. (iii) The candidate should note that only the 10th standard / registration certificate / secondary examination or equivalent certificate / evaluation sheet showing date of birth or the graduation certificate showing date of birth uploaded will be accepted. as proof of date of birth document.

(a) Applicants with a higher education degree must also upload their graduate / postgraduate certificate. (b) Nominees in the Clerk Cum Typist category must acquire a typing skill of 30 W. English or 25 W. Hindi within four years from the date of nomination; otherwise, his appointment will be considered provisional until successful completion of the typing test.

Northern Railway sports person Application fees :

Exam fees must be paid through ONLINE MODE. RRC will not accept exam fees in cash / check / money order / IPO / central recruiting stamp duty etc. stock transaction for any reason. In this case, the candidate will have to make a new / new payment transaction for the exam fee.
