Qualification for this NPS Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

1. Media Marketing & Subscriber education – Qualification: Full time Post Graduate diploma / Master`s Degree in Business Administration (minimal 2 years or equal to MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Visual conversation from a diagnosed Indian University/Institute Experience: Minimum 2 years publish qualification revel in withinside the applicable field

2. Rajbhasha – Qualification: Full time Master`s Degree in Hindi or Sanskrit, with English as one of the topics at Bachelor`s Degree stage from a diagnosed Indian University / Institute Experience: Experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa is desirable.

Pay scale Details For NPS Recruitment 2022

Grade B (Manager) – a. PAY: The pay scale of Officers in Grade B is Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850(2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (sixteen years). Presently, the gross emolument consists of NPS Trust`s contribution toward National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Housing Allowance, Learning Allowance and Special Grade Allowance.

b. BENEFITS: Other blessings encompass viz., Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses (Hospitalisation and Non-Hospitalisation), Personal Accident Insurance, Eye Refraction/ Cost of Spectacles, Education Allowance, Financial Dailies, Book Grant, Briefcase, Conveyance Expenses, House Cleaning Allowance, Staff Furnishing Scheme, Scheme for Purchasing Computers and all different blessings as are admissible to an Officer Grade B in NPS Trust. c. CTC: Total CTC which includes Pay and Benefits for the put up of Officer Grade B at the start of scale of pay might be approx. Rs. 27 Lakh Per annum
