Eligibility Criteria for NTPC Limited Executive:
Educational Qualification:
- Executive (CCPP-O&M):
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Combined Cycle Power Project/Plant with an installed capacity of 100 MW or more in Design, Construction, or Operation & Maintenance.Note: Candidates will be required to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Tenure of Engagement: Up to 5 years
- Executive (PT-Operations):
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in System operations of power trading, power scheduling in regional load dispatch center, bidding in power exchanges for different segments. Candidates with good communication skills and knowledge of advanced excel will be preferred.Note: Candidates will be required to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Tenure of Engagement: Up to 3 years.
- Executive (Commercial):
- Degree in Engineering (in any discipline) or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/MBA from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in the Commercial function. Candidates with experience in the Power Sector will be preferred. Experience could be in the field of Commercial functions such as Billing, Realization, Tariff Petition filing, interactions with Regulatory Authorities, and knowledge of Electricity Act and Regulations, Trading and Power Market areas, Data Analysis – Collection and Analysis of all kinds of power sector-related data, forecasting, etc.
- Tenure of Engagement: Up to 3 years.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit for all Executive positions: 35 years
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be provided relaxation in the upper age limit as per Government rules. Please refer to the official notification of NTPC Limited 2023 for more details.
Remuneration for all Posts:
- Executive (CCPP-O&M): Monthly Consolidated amount of Rs. 90,000/-. Additionally, HRA/Company accommodation, and Medical facility for self, spouse, and two children.
- Executive (PT-Operations): Monthly Consolidated amount of Rs. 90,000/-. Additionally, HRA/Company accommodation, and Medical facility for self, spouse, and two children.
- Executive (Commercial): Monthly Consolidated amount of Rs. 71,000/-. Additionally, HRA/Company accommodation, and Medical facility for self, spouse, and two children.
