Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager – Operation (Electrical / Mechanical):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute is preferred.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – O&M (Mechanical):
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute is preferred.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – Chemist:
- Post-Graduation in Chemistry/Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management:
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – Civil:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – MGR (P-way Maintenance):
- Degree in Mechanical or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – Finance:
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA).
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
- Assistant Manager – SAP:
- B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
- SAP certification in ABAP.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.
Age Limit: (As on 22.11.2023)
All positions: 41 Years (Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to OPGC official Notification 2023 for more details.)
Salary Details:
All positions: Rs. 10,00,000/- Per annum
