Responsibility
Build dashboards to track key metrics that can be shared with function managers and executives, and track metrics progress to identify any issues and flag any Which red sign for the function manager
Build, deliver, and present analysis results and recommendations in meaningful and effective PowerPoint presentations to key stakeholders
Supporting hypothesis with data-driven insights and refining key issues/area for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions
Perform AB test analysis, building before-after performance analysis of all new actions and initiatives taken by business teams based on data-driven insights
Work with multiple data sources and extract data using efficient query development, requiring less post-processing.
Salary/Remuneration and Level Compensation – For the position of Business Analyst, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 38,500 per month.

Job Description
Work with multiple categories and functions within offline payments to define key performance and operational metrics and monitor the health of the function / categories
Build dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional / org leadership and monitor progress of metrics to identify any issues and raise any red flags to functional / org leads
Build, deliver and present analytical results and recommendations in meaningful and effective
powerpoint presentations to key stakeholders
Support hypothesis with data-backed insights and narrow down key issues / areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solution
Perform AB test analysis, Build effective pre post analysis of all actions and new initiatives done by the business teams on insights backed by data.
To work with a variety of data sources and pull data using efficient query development that requires less post processing
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment,
leadership skills and ability to communicate with executives and senior management teams
Knowledge of SQL is must
Advanced usage of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Data Visualization techniques – Google Data Studio/Looker/Tableau etc
Data manipulation techniques –SQL/SAS/R/Python/any scripting language
Good understanding of Database/Data Warehousing Features; Ability to combine structured &
unstructured data
Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputation Institution.
