Salary / Income / Salary Scale – For PMO (Work from Home) Contributors, candidates will receive around 5.3 Lac per year.

PMO Associate (Support) – {Any candidate with a bachelor’s degree in any stream}.

Provide business process support to global project managers, helping them navigate the different stages of project delivery.
Establish a high level of precision and diligence in process maintenance work.
Own, track and resolve issues with limited daily oversight.
Assist in completing all project monitoring and configuration related requests sent to the centralized PMO team.
Criteria for selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualifications, followed by a personal interview.
The personal interview will be in person or by phone.
Experience Required – For this position, no prior experience is required.
Freshmen are also eligible for this vacancy/opening.

Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for people who love business and want to learn the ins and outs of project and process management.
The specific skills we are looking for are:
Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, etc.)
Accuracy in handling project and process related data. Attention to detail. Be ready to be flexible and work across different time zones as business needs dictate.
Qualification: Fresh Graduates (preferably – Mathematics / Statistics / Business Management)
Experience: 0 – 3 years (in IT/ITeS configuration related to process maintenance work)
Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, macros, functions) is highly desirable.
Additional skills required: Exposure to CRM systems such as MS Project Server,
Salesforce.com, NetSuite OpenAir, etc.
