Job Title and Vacancies: The following job title is currently open for applications:

  1. Customer Service Technician – multiple vacancies available.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for addressing customer support requests via phone, chat, and tickets.

This may include providing technical troubleshooting of product offerings and offering solutions that satisfy customers, as well as escalating support requests to the appropriate escalation path when necessary.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining customer loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations.

Other responsibilities may include email delivery troubleshooting, spam/security analysis and recommendations, desktop client/mobile device troubleshooting, and providing support to users in the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft products.

Salary and Grade Pay: The monthly salary for the Customer Service Technician position is approximately Rs. 35,400.

Age Requirement: To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

There is no upper age limit specified for this position.

Educational Qualifications: For the Customer Service Technician position, candidates must have at least a 12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline.

Required Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to maintain a high level of customer service.

Additionally, attention to detail and good follow-through techniques are crucial, as is the ability to solve basic problems and communicate effectively.

Job Title: Customer Service Technician – Night Shift (100%)

Are you a reliable candidate with a passion for providing exceptional technical support to customers? If you are, we are looking for someone like you to join our team!

Rackspace is seeking a Customer Service Technician for our night shift, who will provide technical support to customers over the phone, chat, and support tickets.

We are looking for someone with a relevant certification in customer service, email protocols, Office 365 basics, or similar fields.

As a Customer Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues related to hosted business email and Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite.

You will work closely with our customers to quickly and efficiently identify the source of a problem and provide effective solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess basic knowledge of e-mail protocols (POP3, IMAP, MAPI/Exchange protocols), DNS, desktop/laptop/mobile device operating systems, email clients, networking fundamentals, and SPAM.

You should be a quick learner, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will handle customer support requests primarily via phone, chat, and tickets.

You will escalate support requests to the appropriate escalation path, provide technical troubleshooting of product offerings, and offer solutions that satisfy the customer. You will proactively seek opportunities to educate customers and solve for future technical challenges they may face.

In addition, you will be responsible for email delivery troubleshooting, spam/security analysis and recommendations, desktop client/mobile device troubleshooting, account and billing related inquiries, and supporting users in the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft products.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to type 35+ words per minute. You should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to maintain a required high level of customer service.

You must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow-through techniques. Demonstrating basic problem-solving abilities with a desire to take on additional responsibility is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have customer service and phone call experience, 0-6 months technical knowledge from education or job experience (basic e-mail troubleshooting), experience with help desk/ticketing systems, and technical certifications such as MCSA for Office 365, A+, Network +.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will operate under moderate supervision until your duties are learned.
