Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As of September 1, 2023)

1. Management Trainee (Materials):

1. Qualification:

1. Regular full-time 4 years BE/B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Mechanical Engg./Electrical Engg./Instrumentation Engg. from UGC/AICTE approved Institutions.
2. Regular and full-time Dual/Integrated/Allied Degrees are also eligible, with a mention of Chemical/Petrochemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation, if any.
3. OR 3 years regular and full-time BE/B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Mechanical Engg./Electrical Engg./Instrumentation Engg. from UGC/AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years Regular and Full-time diploma in Engineering.

1. Minimum Percentage: 60% aggregate in the Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST category candidates).

2. Management Trainee (Legal):

2. Qualification: 3 years Graduation with a regular and full-time Degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years regular and full-time integrated Law course from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
3. AND Regular and full-time Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
4. Minimum Percentage: 60% aggregate in the Final Year of Master’s Degree (LLM).

Age Limit: (As of September 1, 2023)

1. Management Trainee (Materials): 27 years
2. Management Trainee (Legal): 27 years

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the RCFL official Notification 2023 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Management Trainee (Materials): Rs. 40,000 – 140,000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments include Basic Pay +VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances, totaling Rs. 81,900/- approximately.
2. Management Trainee (Legal): Rs. 40,000 – 140,000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments include Basic Pay +VDA (43.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances, totaling Rs. 81,900/- approximately.

Selection Process:

RCFL may follow this process to select candidates:

1. Online Test
2. Personal Interview

For Management Trainees, the online test will be conducted in the cities of Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur. The test medium will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.

Application Fee:

A non-refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee is required to be paid by General, OBC, and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of the online application form. Payment can be made through internet banking account or credit/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
