Eligibility Criteria for REC Video Editor Position:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Consultant (Public Relations): Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Communications, Social Media Management, or an equivalent field.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum relevant experience of 15 years in handling Public Relations. Should have worked on Public Relations and social media campaigns involving Research Reports, Industry Analysis, Crisis Management, Social Media Listening, etc. Proficiency in Hindi & English is essential, as well as extensive experience in the power sector. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

• Team Lead (Social Media): Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, or related fields.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum relevant experience of 10 years in handling teams, communications, mass media, public relations, soft skills training, or related fields. Should have worked on social media campaigns and crisis management, with knowledge of social media marketing and management tools. Proficiency in Hindi & English is essential. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

• Creative Head/Senior Designer: Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or an equivalent field.

Nature of work experience required: Relevant experience of a minimum of 10 years in a reputed brand or advertising agency. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, is necessary. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

• Social Media Executive: Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, or related fields.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum relevant experience of 3 years in handling social media. Should have knowledge about campaigns and algorithms for various platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. Proficiency in Hindi & English is essential, and knowledge of social media management tools is required. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

• Public Relations Executive: Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, or related fields.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum relevant experience of 3 years in handling Public Relations, Journalism, Content, or Communications. Proficiency in Hindi & English is necessary. Work experience with a government/PSU client is desirable.

• Graphic Designer: Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum graphic design experience of 3 years. Should have proficiency in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills are expected.

• Video Editor: Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum video editing experience of 3 years. Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere, is required. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills are expected.

• Content Writer/Copywriter (English): Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Nature of work experience required: Minimum relevant experience of 3 years. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Content Writer/Copywriter (Hindi): Regular full-time Graduation/Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in Hindi Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
