Prerequisites:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain patient and effectively handle challenging customer situations.
  • Profound customer service acumen coupled with the capacity to tackle and resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software on Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team, managing a diverse range of responsibilities.
  • Skill in providing training.
  • Full-time graduate degree is mandatory.
  • Conversational English with cultural awareness.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, along with general desktop support issues and configurations.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and utilization of diagnostic tools and utilities (e.g., Msconfig, Task Manager, Event Viewer), fundamental networking technologies, and basic internet connectivity and browser troubleshooting for both wireless and wired connections.
  • General cultural awareness, especially for agents assisting customers in different regions (e.g., ability to discern and comprehend diverse regional accents, knowledge of country capitals, main cities, or regions to avoid requesting spellings from customers).
  • Application of professional concepts and adherence to company policies and procedures for issue resolution.
  • Capability to extract business insights from customer dashboards and product usage metrics, enabling tailored electronic client communications to foster future opportunities for expanding Adobe’s solutions usage.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Digital Media Enterprise (DME) products.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one product is a desirable asset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strive for first-time resolution by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical and non-technical issues during the initial interaction, predominantly through voice and chat channels.
  • Handle technical support matters for Adobe’s Digital Web Products, including Adobe XD, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Express.
  • Deliver professional and competent online support to a global customer base.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within a case tracking database, using comprehensive written English.
  • Clearly communicate and articulate with customers through verbal and written means.
  • Timely follow-up on interactions, displaying ownership and promptness in issue resolution.
  • Assess customer sentiment throughout the communication, proactively escalating issues on the customer’s behalf and facilitating supervisor intervention when necessary or upon customer request.
  • Mastery of escalation handling protocols.
  • Grasp the business impact of reported issues.
  • Develop a general understanding of operating systems and application operations related to product usage.
  • Report top call generators, severe issues, emerging trends, feature requests, and frequently asked questions.
  • Forward issues/escalations to higher tiers of support for further resolution.
  • Comprehend top issues identified by Support Product Managers, recognizing additional instances and aiding in their resolution.
