The Customer Service team plays a key role in ensuring

As part of the customer service team, you will work alongside our customers, understand their issues, identify gaps and take action to provide a superior digital experience.

We’re looking for prospects who can: Resolve 100% of customer requests in real-time.

Work in the real-time customer self-service (RTSS) model.

About this Job

IT and Systems team is responsible for design, development, testing, integrating & implementation of platforms (software solutions) and business automation for S&D, Customer On-boarding, Bill & Pay, Network Management and Enterprise functions (HR, Finance & SCM) for Jio. Also responsible to provide L3 support for stable operations of the platform at desired scale supporting millions of customer acquisitions per day.

The Business Operations team plays a critical role in creating long-term value for the company, creating satisfied customers and nurturing internal talent.

An efficient operations team helps reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

The team has the ability to manage the customer lifecycle. , set up and maintain training facilities and infrastructure and advise and instruct technicians.

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and corporate goals and initiatives, and to establish related policies and procedures.

• Monitor company accounts, locations, employees, operations and contracts.

• Supervising the organization of office work, paperwork, supplies,equipment, housekeeping, procedures and day-to-day management

• Manage and maintain employee personnel files (paper and digital)

• Recruit, hire, train and develop company employees

• Oversee company financial operations • Work closely with the operations manager to execute business and marketing plans, etc Development of company prospects, contacts, presentations and offer packages.
