Invoice Processing – {B.Com / BBA Freshers}.

Roles and Responsibilities – The duties and responsibilities of this position are mentioned below.
Process invoices from international suppliers for purchases, repairs, warranties and BFE, and ensure that respective freight invoices are submitted for payment within seven days of receipt by IGO Okay.
Monitor payments and track finances to ensure all overseas suppliers are paid on time.
Make invoicing reports for foreign suppliers quarterly to close the invoicing report on time. Import DSR tracking to ensure timely delivery of shipping invoices.
Generating monthly MRO expense reports and submitting bill lists to fund a Departmental
Expense Report (DCR) will allow you to come up with consistent monthly terms for budgeting
Experience Required – For this position, no prior experience is required. Freshmen are also eligible for this vacancy/opening.
