Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Geo Technical):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering AND Master’s Degree in Geo-technical engineering/ Rock Engineering & underground structure/Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Ground Investigation Works, Geological borehole logging, geotechnical investigation, and in situ geotechnical testing.

Assistant Manager (Structural Engineering):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering AND Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in structural designs and drawings for various infrastructure projects.

Assistant Manager (Urban Engineering):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or any branch of Engineering with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science/Environmental Management / Environmental Planning/Sustainability.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in leading and/or monitoring/supervising construction stage Implementation of EIA and EMP requirements.

Assistant Manager (Electrical):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics or related fields.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in electrical engineering fields.

Assistant Manager (S&T):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering /Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Engineering or related fields.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Signal & Telecommunication construction projects.

Assistant Manager (Economics & Statistics):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business Economics/Statistics/Operational Research/ Transport Planning And MBA with specialization in Finance.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in economics related to transport systems.

Assistant Manager (Civil):

Minimum Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in the field of Construction Supervision.

Age Limit: (As on 27.01.2024)

Maximum Age: 32 Years (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PWD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.)

Salary Details:

The salary for all Assistant Manager positions ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000.

RITES may follow the subsequent process for candidate selection:
