Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Polymer Science & Engineering/Rubber Technology:
- M.E/M.Tech or equivalent Post Graduate Degree in Polymer Science & Engineering/Rubber Technology with a minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
- Pre-eligibility qualification: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
- Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering:
- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
- M.Sc Agriculture (Horticulture/Forestry):
- M.Sc or equivalent Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture/Forestry with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
- Pre-eligibility qualification: B.Sc Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture/Forestry with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
Age Limit: (As on 03.11.2023)
- Post Code 41 (Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’): 18 – 30 Years
- Post Code 42 & 43 (Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’): 18 – 28 Years
The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities, and as per Govt. of India rules for Ex-Servicemen.
Salary Details: Level 10 (Rs.56,100-Rs.1,77,500)
Selection Process:
The selection process involves a Written Test and Interview. The Written Test assesses theoretical and practical knowledge. Based on performance, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews.
50% weightage will be given to written test marks, and 50% for the interview in the final panel generation.
Application Fee:
- Application Fee: Rs.250/-
- Processing Fee (initial): Rs.750/-
- Full refund for candidates exempted from Application Fee (Women/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen).
- After deducting the Application Fee for all other candidates.
Processing fee can be paid online through Debit Card/Internet Banking.
