Eligibility Criteria:
Accountant:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com with expertise in double-entry accounting. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Accountant in a government or private organization with proficiency in double-entry accounting.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Tally, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and the ability to manage school accounts, bank reconciliation, pay bills, and other financial tasks.
Quarter Master:
- Educational Qualification: B.A./B.Com and at least 5 years of experience as a UDC stores or Quartermaster, preferably an ex-serviceman with 10 years of experience in stores management.
- Desirable: Completion of a Quartermaster’s Course, basic computer knowledge, and campus security training.
Band Master:
- Educational Qualification: Completed the Potential Band Master/ Band Major/ Drum Major Course at the AEC Training College and Centre, Panchmarhi, or equivalent Naval/Air Force courses.
- Desirable: Higher qualifications and experience, especially in a residential school setting.
Ward Boy/Matron (Hostels):
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with fluency in English.
- Desirable: Bachelor’s degree, achievements in sports/art/music, experience in a residential school, and for Matron positions, preference for mature individuals without dependents.
TGT (Hindi):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Hindi for all three years or a four-year integrated degree course in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. B.Ed. or equivalent degree and pass in CTET/STET Paper II.
- Desirable: Higher qualifications, experience in teaching at residential public schools, basic knowledge of English, proficiency in extracurricular activities, and basic computer skills.
TGT (Marathi):
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Marathi for all three years or a four-year integrated degree course in Marathi with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. B.Ed. or equivalent degree and pass in CTET/STET Paper II.
- Desirable: Higher qualifications, experience in teaching at residential public schools, proficiency in English, extracurricular activity skills, and knowledge of computer applications.
Counsellor:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology with at least 50% marks or Post Graduate in Child Development with at least 50% marks or Graduate/Post Graduate with a Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling with at least 50% marks.
- Desirable: One year of counseling experience, training in psychotherapy and psychometric assessments, experience in residential schools, and knowledge of the local language and basic computer operations.
Music Teacher:
- Educational Qualification: Five years of study in a recognized Music Institution equivalent to a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree OR a Bachelor’s Degree with Music from a recognized University OR Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary with qualifications from recognized music institutions.
- Desirable: Experience in a residential school and basic computer knowledge.
Age Limit:
- Accountant, Quarter Master, Band Master, Ward Boy/Matron: Between 18 to 50 years
- TGT (Hindi), TGT (Marathi), Music Teacher: Between 21 to 35 years
- Counsellor: Between 18 to 50 years
Candidates may receive age relaxation as per government rules; please refer to the official notification for more information.
Salary Details:
- Accountant: Rs. 35,400/- (Level 6) as per VII CPC
- Quarter Master: Rs. 28,000/- per month
- Band Master: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Ward Boy/Matron (Hostels): Rs. 25,000/- per month (Contractual basis for one year)
- TGT (Hindi): Rs. 38,000/- per month (Contractual basis for one year)
- TGT (Marathi): Rs. 38,000/- per month (Contractual basis for one year)
- Counsellor: Rs. 35,000/- per month (Contractual basis for one year)
- Music Teacher: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Contractual basis for one year)
