1. Support Lead.

Salary/Pay-Scale – The Support Lead (Work from Home) position offers an annual salary of approximately Rs 6,00,000 Lac. For more details about this job, refer to the detailed notice provided at the end.

Support Lead – Any candidate with a bachelor’s degree in any stream can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities – The obligations and job roles for the Support Lead position are outlined below:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a technical advisory group.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to Sherweb’s high standards and values.
• Monitor and exceed team key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coach team members and share knowledge to help them develop their skills.
• Handle supervisor callbacks and files related to unsatisfied customers.
• Ensure the successful completion of each case by providing coaching and support.
• Encourage skill development among team members and provide guidance.
• Discuss team and individual performance evaluations with your immediate boss.
• Address disciplinary issues, if necessary, with your immediate manager and human resources.
• Serve as the point of contact for all team-related business projects.
• Assign team members frequent and focused work.

Selection Process Criteria –

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their age, location, and qualifications, which will be followed by a personal interview. The personal interview can be face-to-face or telephonic.

As a member of the M365 Support department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating one of our teams from home, reporting to a Director or Manager.

• Serve as the primary contact for a team of technical advisors
• Ensure adherence to Sherweb’s high standards and values to achieve complete customer satisfaction
• Monitor, exceed and meet the main team’s key performance indicators
• Improve team members’ skills by providing coaching and sharing your knowledge
• Manage supervisor callbacks and customer files with complaints
• Offer coaching and support to ensure the successful completion of all cases
• Advise and guide team members, as well as encourage their skill development
• Work with your direct manager to evaluate individual and team performance
• Manage disciplinary issues, if necessary, with your direct manager and Human Resources
• Act as a reference in all company projects involving your team
• Assign regular and specific tasks to your team members
• Continuously improve procedures, technical processes, and technologies
• Stay informed about industry best practices and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
• Provide training when necessary and oversee change management within your team
• Perform other related tasks as needed and as the job evolves.
