Drive consulting/article/content writing team performance, achieving and exceeding all KPIs
Strengthen relationships. manage attrition, attrition and other important group indicators
Inform management about the latest end-user customer trends and provide feedback to operations managers
Perform benchmarking exercises with managers to standardize writing style guidelines and quality control scoring
Create/enhance training program to quickly train new team members
To effectively manage compliance, break compliance and stay on schedule
Strategize and provide future direction based on customer and team input to achieve productivity goals in the face of any process changes and create opportunities for team growth.
