Description About the Job
Deliver exceptional customer service in an unscripted environment.
Handle various chat inquiries, including product inquiries, billing/refunds, technical support, and basic troubleshooting.
Accurately update and input customer information and contact notes into the system(s).
Efficiently resolve customer issues and fulfill customer commitments in a timely manner.
Possess strong typing skills, maintaining a minimum of 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments within the program to address customer needs.
Meet and maintain required metrics and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HSC / 1-4 years of work experience, preferably in international voice/chat support.
