• Candidate Must Have their Own Laptop with High Speed Internet
• Resolving Exchanges raised by the guests through their app which requires a collaboration between the pick up and delivery directors and stores
• Resolve ticket for the following reasons – order status, cancellation, delivery instruction, position issue
.• Give inbound converse support in the client service exertion by answering guests and making outcall to PDPs or stores related to their order
• Know the products outside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
• Keep records of client relations, deals, commentary, and complaints
• Maintain positive, compassionate, and a professional station towards guests at all times
.• Insure client satisfaction and give professional client support on Chats
