Responsibilities of Junior Customer Service Executive –

Responsible for the equipment`s operation and maintenance or network components to drive network efficiency and availability

Ensure efficient and effective technical support as per SLAs

Manage technical support center and operations of escalation desk/ tickets for all NOC and SOC issues

Monitor, vendor performance, particularly critical incidents, delayed cases, non-adherence to SLA etc

Planned activities and change management

Corrects network and SOC problems effectively and in a timely manner

Establishes tools and procedures to monitor network performance

Assure platform and service availability to the customers, through least cost routing, thereby ensuring SLA compliance and QoS of the customer services. Junior Customer Service

Executive Job Role –

Responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure needed to develop and maintain field and network operations, including internet data centers, ATM sites, cable landing stations, and NW spaces to improve network efficiency and availability.

Lead the procurement and technical planning of TGN and corporation-owned underground cables / TCL and save costs.

Effectively remediate mission critical utility infrastructure issues at optimal cost and in a timely manner.

Ensure the necessary coordination of certification and field testing, depending on the field of activity.

Collaborate with engineering teams for new improvements/problems.

Stimulating factory initiatives, industrialization and efficiency for improvement (i.e. improvement, update, upgrade, new system).

Establish tools and procedures to monitor the performance of field activities.

Ensure the reliability and robustness of the cabling system.

Configure – the number of fiber pairs in the cable, capacity, landing station. Manage distribution of full capacity and enable traffic on cabling.

Provide technical human resource support to internal customers during project implementation and handover.

Maintain critical power quality and environmental standards for optimal performance.

Monitor and monitor environmental performance to ensure minimal disruption to network transmission and/or network switching.

Ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the region.
