Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Standard 10 with 3 years’ experience in a laboratory conducting clinical research
- Standard 12 with 1 year of experience in clinical fieldwork or in a laboratory conducting clinical research
- Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Degree/Diploma in Clinical Research
Desirable:
Candidates with experience in clinical research fieldwork, communicating with participants, making home visits for data collection/sample collection, and transport of samples will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge and ability to conduct clinical lab-related monitoring.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of the local language and basic English.
- Ability to read and write multiple local languages will be preferred.
- Fair negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage field-based activities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the team.
Age Limit: (As on 16.05.2024)
