Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Centre Administrator: Master’s Degree in Social work, Counseling Psychology, or development management with a minimum of 4 years of experience in addressing violence against women issues in an administrative setup. Preference given to those with 1 year of counseling experience. Only women candidates may apply. Work-related travel will be reimbursed, and the candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Senior Counsellor: Master’s Degree in Social work, Counseling Psychology, or development management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in addressing violence against women issues in an administrative setup. Preference given to those with 1 year of counseling experience. Only women candidates may apply. Work-related travel will be reimbursed, and the candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- IT Staff: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Experience in addressing violence against women issues in an administrative setup is a plus. Candidates with typewriting skills in Tamil and English may also apply. Only women candidates may apply, and the candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Case Worker: Master’s Degree in Social work or Bachelor’s in Sociology, Counseling Psychology, or development management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in addressing violence against women issues in an administrative setup. Preference given to those with 1 year of counseling experience. Only women candidates may apply. Work-related travel will be reimbursed, and the candidate should be a resident of the local community.
