Eligibility Criteria:
1. AVP – Media:
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Preferred Experience: More than 7 years of experience in a reputable digital marketing agency/MNC/corporate house, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and/or digital advertising campaigns.
2. IT – Head:
- Qualifications: B Tech/BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent from any recognized university.
- Preferred Experience: More than 5 years in IT administration or relevant experience, extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies, solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security, hands-on experience with computer networks, software development, team management, and cybersecurity.
3. Program Manager District:
- Qualifications: MBA/MSW/Post Graduation in Developmental Studies or any post-graduate degree.
- Relevant Experience: More than 3 years of experience in the Education industry or relevant field.
4. Senior Accountant:
- Qualifications: CA – Intermediate Level, completed Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate Level) course.
- Relevant Experience: More than 5 years of experience in accounting functions.
5. Senior Associate – HR:
- Qualification: MBA (HR) or related field from a reputed university.
- Preferred Experience: More than 3 years as HR Executive in a reputed organization/MNC.
6. Senior Associate – Media:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Visual Communication, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Preferred Experience: More than 3 years of experience in a reputable digital marketing agency/MNC/corporate house, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and/or digital advertising campaigns.
7. Senior Associate (MEAC):
- Qualifications: MBA/BBA or relevant qualification from a reputed business school, or B Tech/BE from a top-tier engineering college.
- Preferred Experience: More than 3 years of experience in any Manufacturing Sector (Manufacturing, Electronics, Automobiles, Construction, etc.).
8. Senior Associates – Short Term Skill Program:
- Qualifications: Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
- Relevant Experience: More than 5 years of experience in education/skill-related sector or experience in upskilling functions or establishing strategic relationships with industries or skill councils.
9. Junior Associates – Short Term Skill Program:
- Qualifications: Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
- Relevant Experience: More than 3 years of experience in education/skill-related sector or experience in upskilling functions or establishing strategic relationships with industries or skill councils.
10. Project Associate:
- Qualifications: MBA/MSW/Any postgraduate degree from a recognized business school.
- Preferred Experience: More than 3 years of experience in project formulation and execution.
11. MIS Analysts – District:
- Qualifications: Full-time graduate in IT/Computer Science or any other degree with knowledge of IT/Computer Science from a recognized university.

Salary Details:

- Senior Associate – HR: Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 / month
