B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:- – A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted through a State Council or Board of Technical Education hooked up through a State Government in applicable discipline. – A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted through a University in applicable discipline. – A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted through an Institution recognized through the State Government or Central Government as equal to above.
