Combining a technical aptitude with a passion for building strong relationships

we are looking for someone who will be a credible and trusted partner to clients around the world. In this role you will:

Manage all post-sales activities for a portfolio of Truecaller customers through strong relationships, product knowledge, planning and execution.

Develop a deep understanding of the product to advise customers on the features/functionality most relevant to their specific business needs of developments. .

Serve as a customer advocate and feed feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and a better customer experience.

A mindset driven by your daily activities that prioritizes work that supports account health, customer satisfaction, and churn goals.

Partner to develop processes that scale and adapt to our evolving business.

You must respond to customer inquiries and close customer tickets via email.

You must guarantee SLA and CSAT.

You must continually update your knowledge of the Truecaller for Business product and features.

Must have technical and problem debugging skills.

Key Skills That Must Needed From the Company
