we are looking for someone who will be a credible and trusted partner to clients around the world. In this role you will:

Manage all post-sales activities for a portfolio of Truecaller customers through strong relationships, product knowledge, planning and execution.

Develop a deep understanding of the product to advise customers on the features/functionality most relevant to their specific business needs of developments. .

Serve as a customer advocate and feed feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and a better customer experience.

Released on September 23, 2009 for Android and Apple iPhone, February 27, 2012 for BlackBerry, March 1, 2012 for Windows Phone and for Nokia Series 40.

It also announced a partnership with Yelp to use Yelp API data to identify business numbers when calling a smartphone.

On July 7th, 2015, TrueCaller launched its SMS app called True Messenger exclusively in India. True Messenger allows users to identify the sender of SMS messages.

This launch was intended to increase the company’s user base in India, which accounts for the majority of its active users.

True Messenger was integrated into the True Caller app in April 2017.

In December 2019, True Caller announced that it plans to go public in 2022 in an IPO.

True Caller has launched the Covid Hospital Directory considering the increase in Corona infection cases in India.

On July 17, 2013, the True Caller servers were allegedly hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army.

E Hacking News reported that the group identified 7 sensitive databases that it claimed were exfiltrated, mainly due to an unmaintained WordPress installation on the servers.

Claims about the size of the databases were not consistent.

On July 18, 2013, TrueCaller posted a statement on its blog that its website had been hacked, but claimed that no passwords or credit card information were disclosed in the attack.
