Responsibility
Deal with various employee or HR payroll requirements, understand basic payroll transactions and our organization’s terminology through various apps
Aggregation of one-time payments, deductions and bonuses/loans received by employees
Prepayment of contract signing bonus, relocation assistance and recruitment advance
Validate employee data by running SAP validation reports and coordinate editing
Make employee lifecycle changes to employee records
Manage the basics of the position according to specific guidelines, established guidelines and procedures
Liaise and coordinate with HR operations team, other colleagues on the payroll team on planning activities
Salary recovery
Ensure strict adherence to PII guidelines. Salary/Remuneration and Tiered Remuneration
For the US Payroll Data Contributor position, the salary payable will be approximately Rs 36,600 to Rs 53,300 per month.

Ability to organize work, document and report concisely
Typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute
Good oral and written communication and documentation skills.
The work you will do In this group you will work on:
Deal with various employee or HR payroll requirements, understand basic payroll transactions and our organization’s terminology through various apps
Aggregate one-time payments and deductions and bonuses/loans for employees received from Talent
Prepayment of contract signing bonus, relocation assistance and recruitment advance
Validate employee data by running SAP validation reports and coordinate editing
Make employee lifecycle changes to employee records
Coordinate and work with the team handling all segregation, pay continuance, transfer process,
HR/payroll data changes, withholding tax compliance, Social Security direct deposit benefits, salary changes, contract bonuses, employee loans and reimbursement for various activities in the payroll
Manage the basics of the position by following specific instructions, guidelines, and defined procedures.
Liaise and coordinate with HR Operations team and other Payroll colleagues on planned activities.
Payroll claim recovery, W2Cs and 221s . processing
Ensure strict adherence to PII . principles
