Take big ideas and break them down into actionable steps
Driver lifecycle management for regional categories, new driver training, early lifecycle capture
Analytics management for driver lifecycle management, driver profiling and driver quality
Expanding categories in some northern cities with projects from 0 to 1
Analytics to track driver behavior in developing cities and identify the optimal group of drivers to increase trips
Work with the Quality team to improve driver quality and design quality auction programs.

We are looking to hire a Business Operations Associate to help us integrate new supplies in North India.
This role will expand Ubers footprint and boost the number of active drivers in the region.
Primary work involves collaborating with external stakeholders and potentially working with multiple vendors (channel partners) to achieve integration goals.
In addition, the candidate is expected to keep a close eye on the condition and the street, and provide valuable insights to promote the overall development of the area.
What you will do
The main job involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and having the ability to work with multiple suppliers/partners to scale new partners/categories/products into the future. existing/new cities.
In addition to this, it is expected that the candidate will maintain a close eye on the state and street and give valuable insights to drive the overall growth for the region.
You will also be responsible for:
Launch new cities and categories in existing cities in North Region
Build new channels and partnerships for sourcing new drivers and supply
Initiate and run strategic projects for growing North region
Solve business challenges through operational excellence based on robust analysis.
Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps
Plan and project manage multiple projects (across stakeholders) and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
Driver lifecycle management for regional categories: New driver training, Early lifecycle hand holding, Engagement and Churn winback
Manage analytics for driver lifecycle management, driver profiling and driver quality
Work closely with the Common Ops team to help improve rider & driver support experience through monitoring of tickets and inbounds
Category expansion in multiple North cities with zero to one project
Analytics to monitor driver behavior in expansion cities and identity optimum driver cohorts to increase trips
Work with Quality team to improve driver quality and design quality actioning programs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in either of the following fields: engineering, statistics, operations research or allied areas/ MBA
2+ year of experience of FMCG, banking, insurance, & Retail or service industry
supply operations, analytics, strategy work in a large business, or of growing a startup is preferred
What You’ll Need
Ability to work with various channel partners (independent vendors, external stakeholders – vehicle dealerships, OEMs, etc) to onboard new supply on platform
Excel / spreadsheets and SQL skills are a plus
Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive and energetic approach to work
Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem solve in a fast-paced, limited-structure and multicultural environment
