Deputy Service Delivery Manager. Role of Assistant Service Delivery Manager position: Your role would be responsible for leading the value creation for Unilever through the creation and implementation of a responsible sourcing framework for our sourcing community.
Knowledge, enforcement of policy elements and promotion of stakeholder management throughout Unilever’s responsible sourcing model.
In addition, a strong understanding of procurement processes is expected.
Salary/Salary and Compensation: For the position of Assistant Service Delivery Manager the salary to be paid is approximately Rs 29,800 to Rs 46,500 per month.
Age Limit: To be hired by Unilever, the candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Roles and Responsibilities
Transport, own and lead the implementation and operations of responsible sourcing for Unilever.
Work closely with the Responsible Sourcing and Sourcing team to operationalize/improvise responsible sourcing policies and drive KPIs.
Perform data collection and analysis for internal project needs.
Establishment as the first point of contact for all matters relevant to the CSR transformation project.
Ability to connect and influence cross-functional internal and external stakeholders with a proven track record of consistently executing the transformation plan
Effectively work with sourcing SPOCs to ensure suppliers are in compliance with Unilever’s Responsible Sourcing (RSP) policies.
Develop strong analytical skills alongside the strategy and insights team.
Support Unilever’s in-house strategy and insights team in providing best-in-class analytics to our procurement community.
Promote effective change management among stakeholders.
