Lead market intelligence efforts to gather consistent industry standards and document best practices.
Ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Run improvements to help teams improve and iterate on solutions faster.
Be a reference to understand the status of our various initiatives on different parameters.
Lead and present data-driven stories around strategic goals for all key initiatives with the leadership team. Criteria for selection process –
Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualifications, followed by a personal interview.
The personal interview will be in person or by phone. Experience Required – For this position, no prior experience is required.

Initiate retrospectives to help teams improve and iterate on solutions faster
Lead market intelligence efforts to gather appropriate industry benchmarks and document best practices
Skills Required
Experience in program management/ founder`s office or similar role
Exposure toproject management tools such a jira, trello and asana
Familiarity with scrum and agile methodologies
Moderate to advance excel knowledge
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn quickly
Mandate Skills:
Experience in program management/ founder`s office or similar role
Moderate to advance excel knowledge
