They should have at least three years of experience in the area of Production and Productivity, Planning, Development, or Extension in Food or Cash Crops such as Oilseeds, Jute, Cotton, Sugarcane, Pulses, Wheat, Coarse Cereals, or Rice in a Government or Semi-Government Organization, Public Sector Undertaking, Autonomous Body, Recognized Research Institute, or Agricultural University. A Doctorate in the field or subject as prescribed in Essential Educational Qualification, five years of experience in writing technical reports of the above crops, and two years of Administrative experience are desirable.
Horticulture Specialist: The candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture or Post Harvest Management or Master’s Degree in Horticulture from a recognized University or Institute. They should have qualified the Indian Council of Agricultural Research – National Eligibility Test. They should have at least five years of experience in the field of Horticultural Development, Horticultural Extension, Horticultural Research, Nursery Management, Protected Cultivation, Post Harvest Management, Floriculture, or Vegetable Production from Central Government or State Government, Union Territory Administration, Public Sector Undertaking, Statutory Autonomous Organization, or Recognized Research Institution or University.
Assistant Horticulture Specialist: The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture or Post Harvest Management or Master’s Degree in Horticulture from a recognized University or Institute. They should have at least three years of experience in the field of Horticultural Development, Horticultural Extension, Horticultural Research, Nursery Management, Protected Cultivation, Post Harvest Management, Floriculture, or Vegetable Production from Central Government or State Government, Union Territory Administration, Public Sector Undertaking, Statutory Autonomous Organization, or Recognized Research Institution or University.
Marketing Officer (Group III): The candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Agriculture Chemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Dairying or Biotechnology or Biochemistry from a recognized university. Alternatively, they should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Oil Technology or Food Technology or Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology from a recognized university. Two years of experience in the field of analytical work of organic material or in the field of marketing of milk and milk products, oils and fats including essential oils and allied commodities or Diploma in Marketing Management awarded by any recognized University or Institute or equivalent is desirable.
Economic Officer: The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics or Commerce of a recognized University or equivalent. They should have at least two years of experience of Economic Research or Investigation. Experience of Research in the field of Industrial Development is desirable.
Senior Design Officer Grade-I: The candidate should hold a Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. They should have at least five years of practical experience in design/installation/construction of ships.
8: Specialist Grade III (Orthopaedics)
The role of a Specialist Grade III (Orthopaedics) is to diagnose and treat injuries and disorders related to the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves. To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet certain educational and experience requirements.
Candidates must have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Additionally, holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule must fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
In terms of post-graduate qualifications, candidates must possess a degree or diploma in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule VI or equivalent. This includes a Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics), Diplomate National Board (Orthopaedics), or Diploma in Orthopaedics.
To be considered for the position, candidates must also have at least three years of experience in the concerned specialty or super specialty after obtaining the post-graduate degree or five years of experience in the concerned specialty or super specialty after obtaining the post-graduate diploma.
Article 9: Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining)
The role of a Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining) is to ensure that mining operations comply with safety regulations and standards. To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet certain educational and experience requirements.
Candidates must have a degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or pass in Section A and Section B of the Associate Membership Examination in Mining Engineering branch from Institution of Engineers (India) incorporated by the Royal Charter, 1935. Additionally, candidates must possess a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate granted under the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 (Unrestricted) or under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 (Unrestricted).
It is important to note that only candidates who were enrolled for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) up to 31.05.2013 are eligible for consideration to the post of Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining) (Direct Recruitment), and candidates who have enrolled on or after 01.06.2013 for AMIE are not eligible.
