Responsibilities For the Job
Frontline/Tier 1 support for sales via the SalesOps case queue, including initial review of new cases, remediation/resolution/response to cases to the extent knowledge and experience allows, and case submission to Salesforce.com managers or others Teams such as Deal Desk may serve as the first escalation point from other sales support functions (dealing desk, commissions, support operations)
when they require SalesOps assistance. HomeworkUser management such as B. activating new users and deactivating leaving users in different selling tools.
Maintaining Salesforce.com reports and dashboards. Identifying trends in issues, issues and requests that may be symptoms of broader opportunities for process, tool or training improvement. configuration/installation.
Tasks in Salesforce.com and other sales tools, such as our personalized territory management solution or our user hierarchy management in Notice (prediction tool)
Skills & Experience You Need
Ability to quickly learn prescribed tasks and understand and support less prescribed processes.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and must know commonly used functions such as VLOOKUP, COUNT.IF, SUM.IFS, PivotTables.
Previous experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with basic lead, account, contact, opportunity structure, search, record editing.
Previous experience working with bulk update tools such as Data Loader or Demand Tools an advantage
Attention to detail Works well on ambiguous questions/requirements and can resolve the problem/requirement to arrive at a solution
Adaptable to ever-changing priorities and responsive to unpredictable volumes incoming requests
Requests with varying degrees of vitality Previous experience working with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) is an advantage, but not required but must be learned
A strong understanding of Relational databases and SQL is an advantage if you are new to a SO QLA degree in a technical or commercial Field.
