Responsibility
Support internal contact management process
Ensure customer contracts are established in SAP and are renewed in a timely manner, consistent with business requirements and company policy
Perform transaction process for NBQ, order, change, renew, repair order, manage MS, etc.
Salary/Remuneration and Level Remuneration
For the Associate (Order Manager) position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 28,300 to Rs 45,800 per month.

• The handler will perform one of the tasks listed by the training skills matrix
level:
Graduate from any major
• B Tech, BE MBA and MCA graduates are NOT eligible
Good computer and database knowledge as well as project/process management skills.
Graduate from any major
Proactive and independent; Customer-centric. Flexible and adaptable to business needs and multiple shifts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
