Location – Bangalore, Vijayawada and Hyderabad, Noida, Lucknow, Madurai, Chennai, Nagpur
JOB DESCRIPTION: HCL TechBee’s Initial Employment Program is an employment program specifically for individuals seeking full-time employment after Grade XII, making them financially independent.
Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level positions in IT departments and affiliated companies.
Education requirements:
PASS 12
Required skills:
You must have a basic spoken English language.
You must have a skill
Proficient in MS-Office.
You must have knowledge of this topic
You must have excellent writing and speaking skills
SALARY: 10,000 during the internship and starting to enjoy a salary of INR 1.70 to 2.20 lakhs per year,
In case a student in the same class i.e. grade 12 gives 2 scorecards (original and improved), then all subjects with final scores will be counted for percentage calculation or more, regardless of Judges.
Recommendations. Applicants must be residents of India who have passed the 12th class exam in 2022, 2021.

HCL TechBee’s Early Career Program is an employment program specifically for those seeking full-time employment after Class XII, helping them become financially independent.
Candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level positions in IT and associates departments.
It is a combined training program focused on holistic education and character preparation for students, making them work-ready.
After completing the training, the candidates will take up a full-time job at HCL.
While working, candidates also have the option of continuing their studies with BITS, Pilani, Amity University Online or SASTRA University.
TechBee candidates earn INR 10,000 during the internship and start earning a salary of INR 1.70-2.20 lakhs per year when HCL recruits.
Launched in 2017 in India, the program is currently available in Noida, Lucknow, Madurai, Chennai, Nagpur, Bangalore, Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
More than 8,000 students have benefited since the program was launched.
The program has since been successfully introduced in Sri Lanka, Australia, Vietnam and New Zealand, turning it into a truly global programme.

Act as an expert for infrastructure teams in planning, designing, and delivering IT solutions. Advise the team on IT technology requirements, methodology and standard processes.

Responsible for impact analysis and design changes to existing systems to support new solutions
Ability to design and deploy cloud infrastructure
Moving experience is required
Knowledge of one or more cloud environments, such as Azure Cloud, Google Cloud, or AWS EC2
To analyze the application category
Develop customer solutions, such as web and enterprise applications
Identify common infrastructure components and dependencies, and evaluate migration feasibility
Evaluate and monitor cloud migration paths and drive adoption into complex organizational structures.
