Roles and Responsibilities For this Job

Strengthen relationships – Assistance with general billing inquiries.

Access customer records and review customer account information.

Identify potential customer needs and recommend solutions.

Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are being met efficiently. , knowledge resources and technical applications to identify root causes and solutions.

Teamwork – Interaction with customer departments (test desk, field service, shipping) regarding escalations.

Schedule a technical visit if needed.

Improve Technical Skills: Take job-related training: new hire and refresher training, new product or service updates, and cross-product training.

Qualifications For this Job

High school diploma or equivalent Basic PC keyboard skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Customer-facing technical support experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Multitasking skills demonstrated through various applications Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Ability to be goal oriented Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly To work from home you must: 2.Dual core 0 Ghz processor or higher,

2 GB RAM (some vacancies require at least 4 GB RAM), 10 GB available hard disk space, sound card,

Windows 7 including Windows 8 and 8.1, internet speeds of 1 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download, dual ear (to minimize audio interference from external sources). Noise canceling microphone.

Perfect Candidate For this Job

Excellent communication in English is required.

Must have work experience in a customer service or technical support (if candidate has more than 1 year experience.

Minimum qualification: 12th or Diploma ormust be a graduate student.

Work experience: Is better most recent and 1-2 years. Flexible to work for 6 days with 1 rotation out Email/Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities for this job

Educate merchant and store staff on the Sutherland quoting process and tools Must be good at explaining/training Schedule a visit with the store GM or a POC involved with store operations Visit the store and install this Vendor panel that guides the store’s POC through key features like forgot password,

check daily sales and count and pay, add multiple users and phone numbers. Conduct a fictitious transaction and show the entire product flow. Repeat and emphasize zero denials.

Ask the manager to notify all servers and anyone interacting with the customer. Place clearance goods at the point of sale, keep checklists. Relationship management with all assigned deals to assess and resolve any concerns.
