Job Role: Customer Service Administrator (Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Customer Service team based in New Zealand by handling a large volume of non-voice inquiries and email requests from retail customers and internal business partners.
  • Take action on broker closings and daily reports received by the team.
  • Respond to emails from retail customers with accurate information regarding new or existing policies, policy coverage, installment payments, cancellations, and changes in risk (e.g., adding a new driver, changing address, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.

Age Requirement:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit specified by Assurant.
