Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: (As of 01.09.2023)
- Officer –
- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in any Housing Finance Company/Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loans. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be considered as experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
- Sr. Officer –
- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in any Housing Finance Company/Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loans. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be considered as experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
- Sr. Officer (HR) –
- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University and a two-year full-time Master’s degree with specialization in HR.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the HR Department. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be considered as experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
- Sr. Officer (Compliance) –
- Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University and a two-year full-time Semi-qualified Company Secretary (Executive).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the HR Department. Management Trainee/Internship periods will not be considered as experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: (As of 01.09.2023)
- Officer – Min: 21 years, Max: 35 years
- Sr. Officer – Min: 21 years, Max: 35 years
- Sr. Officer (HR) – Min: 21 years, Max: 35 years
- Sr. Officer (Compliance) – Min: 21 years, Max: 35 years
Note: The upper age limit is relaxed as per government rules.
Salary Details:
- Officer – CTC Rs.3.60 lakh p.a. (Additional Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 1 year experience subject to a maximum CTC Rs.4,20,000/-p.a.)
- Sr. Officer – CTC Rs.4.00 lakh p.a. (Additional Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 2 years’ experience subject to a maximum CTC Rs.4,60,000/-p.a.)
Selection Process:
CBHFL may follow this process to select candidates:
- Online Test
- Interview

- Gen – Rs.500/-
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS – Rs.200/-
