As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst – Program Management, you will be a part of the Sales Excellence team, responsible for empowering our people to compete, win, and grow.

In this role, you will work with a team of professionals to deliver key internal services to our stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of high-profile programs by providing administrative, process, and tool support to the teams managing the governance framework.

Your role is critical in ensuring that the right decisions are made by the right people at the right time.

As part of this role, you will work independently with supervision, acting as an individual contributor with regular guidance on competing priorities.

You will be expected to interact confidently with senior leadership within your level of responsibility and provide administrative support, including setting up and coordinating issue resolution and other calls, taking notes, preparing action and outcome notes, and distributing them to stakeholders.

In addition, you will track, monitor, and update multiple projects concurrently from start to close, using a project management tool and defined project governance standards and best practices.

You will also help support user testing of the governance tracking tool and operational processes, and develop expertise in your specific area of responsibility, as well as an understanding of where and how the Sales Excellence COE fits into the bigger Accenture picture.

To be considered for this role, you should have an undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience, as well as a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in program/project management or related work.

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken), a proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving environment, experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, passion for learning new technology, tools, and innovation, and internal and client-facing experience, business acumen, and commercial awareness are also required.

Prior sales experience and an understanding of Sales Excellence internal processes, tools, and services are considered an extra credit. You may also need flexibility to adjust work hours according to business needs (e.g., for virtual meetings with team members in other time zones) and a home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
