- Marketing Associate
Salary/Pay-Scale:
The selected candidates for the Marketing Associate position will receive approximately Rs 4,00,000 Lac per annum. For more information regarding the job, please refer to the detailed notification.
Qualification Requirements:
Candidates applying for the Marketing Associate position should have a bachelor’s degree in any stream. There is no upper age limit, and the minimum age requirement is 18 years. For more information about the age limit, please refer to the detailed notification.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Organizing and overseeing media distribution, ad purchases, online and offline marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to assist the business development team and achieve ROI.
- Managing the visual design and planning of marketing decks for reports and ensuring that they are delivered on time, approved, accurate, and of high brand quality.
- Planning regional marketing and promotion initiatives to ensure they are executed flawlessly and identifying and fixing any mistakes that may occur.
- Identifying and developing content to grow and maximize audience reach for the Indian market.
- Driving required campaign reports and documentation and making suggestions for additional enhancements.
- Ensuring print quality by coordinating with print vendors for the printing of posters, artwork, cards, and banners.
- Utilizing Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms to track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and owned media growth.

As a member of the Razer Gold South Asia team, your responsibilities will include organizing, executing, and optimizing online and offline campaigns for games and partners to achieve campaign targets. You’ll run frequent marketing promotions in India and globally to meet revenue goals, coordinating and driving all necessary activities to ensure successful promotional campaigns from creative briefing to campaign forecasting, targeting, and partner reporting. You’ll also propose innovative ways to engage with the Razer community via social media, email, online ads, and other channels.
Other job responsibilities include coordinating and driving online and offline marketing campaigns, media distribution, ad buys, and other activities to support the business development team and meet ROI targets. You’ll manage and brief the visual creation and organization of marketing decks for reports, ensuring timely delivery, approval, accuracy, and quality of the brand. You’ll plan regional marketing and promotion activities to ensure they run well from start to end, identifying and rectifying errors as necessary. Additionally, you’ll identify and develop content to build and maximize audience reach for the Indian market, drive required campaign reporting and documentation, liaise with print vendors for printing jobs, monitor and evaluate performance of marketing initiatives and owned media growth via social media platforms, and run digital media buying campaigns for the Indian market.
You’ll also plan, develop, and implement tactics for relevant optimization and effective messaging across channels, such as email, guides for channels/new games, and push notifications. You’ll leverage CRM tools and marketing automation capabilities to drive user acquisition and retention via EDM campaigns, support day-to-day sales and marketing operations (e.g., content updates via CMS, weekly marketing calendar), demonstrate experience with design project management tools such as JIRA, and work with the central design team to execute quick changes to design files or localize design files as needed. Finally, you’ll assist with regional marketing pitch decks where required.
