Eligibility Criteria for Various Positions at AI Airport Services Limited
AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for multiple positions. If you meet the following eligibility criteria, you are encouraged to apply for the positions of Duty Manager – Passenger, Duty Officer – Passenger, Customer Service Executive, Jr. Customer Service Executive, Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver, and Handyman.
Educational Qualification:
- Duty Manager – Passenger:
Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
Minimum 16 years of experience, with at least 04 years in a managerial or supervisory role in Passenger and/or cargo handling functions with an Airline, Airport Operator, or BCAS approved Ground Handler.
Well conversant with computer operations.
- Duty Officer – Passenger:
Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline, Airport Operator, or BCAS approved Ground Handler.
At least 04 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Well conversant with computer operations.
- Customer Service Executive:
Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
Preference given to candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo/AirlineTicketing Experience or relevant certifications.
Proficient in the use of PC.
Good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Jr. Customer Service Executive:
10+2 from a recognized board.
Preference given to candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo/AirlineTicketing Experience or relevant certifications.
Proficient in the use of PC.
Good command over spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:
SSC/10th Standard Pass.
Must carry an original valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.
- Handyman:
SSC/10th Standard Pass.
Must be able to read and understand English Language.
Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages is desirable.
Age Limit:
- Duty Manager – Passenger: Maximum 55 Years
- Duty Officer – Passenger: Maximum 50 Years
- Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive / Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver / Handyman: 28 Years

Salary Details:
- Duty Manager – Passenger: Rs. 45,000/-
- Duty Officer – Passenger: Rs. 32,200/-
- Customer Service Executive – Chennai: Rs. 25,980/-; Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore: Rs. 23,640/-
- Jr. Customer Service Executive – Chennai: Rs. 23,640/-; Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore: Rs. 20,130/-
- Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Rs. 20,130/-
- Handyman: Rs. 17,850/-
Selection Process:
- Duty Manager – Passenger / Duty Officer – Passenger:
Personal/Virtual Interview.
Final selection based on total marks secured in the interview.
- Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive:
Personal/Virtual Interview.
Group Discussion may be introduced at the company’s discretion.
- Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:
Trade Test (Trade Knowledge and Driving Test).
Personal/Virtual Interview.
- Handyman:
Physical Endurance Test (Weight lifting, running).
