VCS-India – Amazon Customer Service Associate

Job Description

VCS-India is a work-from-home model designed specifically for our Customer Service team in India. As a VCS associate, you will be required to work from an Amazon-approved home location during your scheduled hours. It is your responsibility to maintain uninterrupted internet connectivity and create a productive work environment that meets our standards of quality and efficiency. To ensure your success, you will undergo six weeks of mandatory online training, either through trainer-led sessions or group-based learning, where you will virtually meet your new team and learn together how to provide the best customer service experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
