- Executive Operations: Qualification/Educational Details: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any stream are eligible for this position.
Roles and Responsibilities: As an Executive Operations professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining daily inventory and addressing various issues, including merchant onboarding and service.
- Identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions to address them.
- Managing a substantial workload with accuracy and efficiency, while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring daily suspense volumes and liaising with internal and external clients (authorized signatories, client managers, merchants, etc.) through emails or phone calls to reduce volume and ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting due diligence to ensure timely debt payments to clients.
- Focusing on merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Tracking system metrics while closely monitoring individual productivity and quality targets in support of team goals.
- Taking ownership of customer emails or issues and responding appropriately to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Identifying, understanding, and anticipating client needs, providing solutions when required.
- Emphasizing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with audit controls and organizational policies.
- Cultivating a positive working relationship with the team and other corporate entities to facilitate seamless daily operations.

Customer Fulfilment Network (CFN) is an essential part of Global Servicing Operations (GSO) and a key component of the larger Global Servicing Group (GSG). With over 2,000 employees, CFN offers a wide range of services to Customers, Merchants, and Commercial Clients, including End to End Disputes Management, Set-Up & Maintenance, and Research & Reconciliation. Job Description:
As part of the CFN team, you will interact with internal and external clients, resolving their inquiries through email and calls. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and onboarding Merchant Applications and KYC documents for CLM & PSF merchants. Knowledge of KYC is essential for this role. You will work on daily inventory related to merchant servicing and onboarding, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions. Managing high volumes of work accurately and efficiently under tight timelines is crucial.
You will be responsible for monitoring daily suspense volumes and liaising with authorized signatories, client managers, and merchants to reduce the volume. Carrying out Due Diligence activities to ensure timely release of dues to clients is part of your role. Ensuring SLAs are met by focusing on merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency is essential. You’ll contribute to team goals by strictly managing individual productivity and quality targets while maintaining system metrics.
In addition, you will take ownership of email/issue resolution, aiming to meet customer expectations and achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Your ability to understand, anticipate, and address customer needs will be crucial. Demonstrating a strong focus on process improvements and compliance with organization policies and audit controls is expected.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate.
