  1. Project Scientist – B (Medical)

For this position, the candidate should have an MBBS degree with one year of research/teaching experience, or MD in PSM/Clinical Subjects from a recognized University after MBBS.

Desirable qualifications include experience in working in community-based projects/health system projects, post-graduation in public health/community medicine, knowledge and experience in conducting systematic reviews, knowledge of computer applications, statistical packages, and GIS applications, and experience in report writing and publications.

  1. Project Data Entry Operator (Grade- C)

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application/IT/Computer Science from a recognized institution/university. They should have a speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through a speed test on a computer.

Desirable qualifications for this position include experience in working in community-based health research projects and vaccine/clinical trials, designing and developing community awareness materials, planning, organizing, and carrying out community awareness, engagement, and outreach activities, translating community awareness tools, consent documents, and other documents from English to Tamil, liaising with various stakeholders in the community and government administration, conducting verbal autopsy, and proficiency in Tamil to interact with the community.

The third position, Project Upper Division Clerk, requires the candidate to have passed their 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board with five years of experience in administrative work or have a graduate degree in any discipline with two years of experience in administrative work. The candidate should be able to perform a speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through a speed test on the computer. Desirable qualifications for this position include good written and oral communication in Tamil to interact with the community and advanced computer knowledge (MS office tools and DTP).

The fourth position, Project Multi-Tasking Staff (Field/Lab), requires the candidate to have completed their high school or equivalent. Desirable qualifications for this position include experience in community-based research and proficiency in Tamil to interact with the community.

The fifth position, Project Multi-Tasking Staff (Driving/Dispatch Riding), also requires the candidate to have completed their high school or equivalent.
