Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) is inviting applications for various positions. The details of the available vacancies are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Sr. Manager (Finance) – Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 12 years of post-professional qualification executive experience in a PSU or large Private Sector Organization. Four years should be in a managerial position, with proven knowledge of the latest financial procedures and laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
2. Dy Manager (Finance) – Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 08 years of post-professional qualification executive experience in a PSU/Large Private Sector Organization with proven knowledge of the latest financial procedures and laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
3. Dy. General Manager (Technical) – Full-time Degree in Engineering with 16 years of post-qualification relevant executive experience in a PSU/large Private Sector Chemical Industry, including at least 05 years at the Senior Management level. Preference for candidates with in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.
4. Chief Manager (Chemical) – Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 14 years of post-qualification relevant executive experience, including 04 years at the Senior Management level. Preference for candidates with in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries.
5. Chief Manager (Instt.) – Full-time B.E./B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Comm./Electronics & Telecomm. with a minimum of 14 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including 04 years at the Senior Management level. Preference for candidates with in-line experience in Fertilizer’s/Chemical.
6. Manager (Safety) – Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology (preferably Chemical engineering) with a degree/diploma in Industrial safety recognized by Central/State Government and ten years of post-qualification relevant Executive experience in safety compliance. Preference for candidates with in-line experience in Fertilizer, Chemical, petrochemical & Oil refinery Industries.
7. Engineer (Chemical) – Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU/large Private Sector Chemical Industry. Preference will be given to candidates with in-line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical industries.
8. Engineer (BOE) – Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/AME in any discipline. BOE (Boiler Operationist Engineer) certificate is essential. Three years of post-professional qualification Executive experience in the process plant of State/Central Government undertakings/Private Sector industry, or high-pressure Boiler Operation Engineer.

1. Sr. Manager (Finance) – 51 Years
2. Dy Manager (Finance) – 48 Years
3. Dy. General Manager (Technical) – 53 Years
4. Chief Manager (Chemical) – 52 Years
5. Chief Manager (Instt.) – 52 Years
6. Manager (Safety) – 50 Years
7. Engineer (Chemical) – 40 Years
8. Engineer (BOE) – 40 Years

Candidates’ Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the official BVFCL Notification 2023 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Sr. Manager (Finance) – Rs. 32,900-3%-58,000/- minimum gross pay: Rs.1,15,500/- approx.
2. Dy Manager (Finance) – Rs. 24,900-3%-50,500/- minimum gross pay: Rs.88,500/- approx.
3. Dy. General Manager (Technical) – Rs. 43,200-3%-66,000/- Minimum gross Rs.1,52,000/- approx.
4. Chief Manager (Chemical) – Rs. 36,600-3%-62,000/- Minimum gross pay Rs. 1,29,000/- approx.
5. Chief Manager (Instt.) – Rs. 36,600-3%-62,000/- Minimum gross pay Rs. 1,29,000/- approx.
6. Manager (Safety) – Rs. 29,100-10/54,5001- Minimum gross pay Rs.1,03,000/-approx.
7. Engineer (Chemical) – Rs. 16,400-40,500/- Minimum gross pay Rs. 58,500/- Approx.
8. Engineer (BOE) – Rs. 16,400-40,500/- Minimum gross pay Rs. 58,500/- Approx.

BVFCL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

For payment of Application Fee of Rs 200/-, the “UR”, “OBC” and “EWS” candidates can opt to pay through internet banking account or credit/Debit card only.
